Fees and payment

• Participant fee: 350 € (250 € students and PhD students)
• Accompanying Person: 200 € (including sightseeing trip, opening and the conference dinner)

The participation fee covers: an abstract booklet, conference items, entrance to all plenary and poster sessions as well as to panel discussions. It also includes the printed conference materials, the welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches, opening and farewell dinner and sightseeing trip. Accommodation and travel expenses remain at the responsibility of all the participants, and are not included in the conference fee. We will confirm your registration by an e-mail.

Methods of payment

The participants can choose from bank transfer and cash payment at the registration desk. There is no difference in fee in both of these options. If you pay by bank transfer, please send an email to sekr@oa.uj.edu.pl (with a copy to cmf2014@gmail.com) with your name, surname and billing address, so we can prepare an invoice for you.

Refund Policy

All refunds requested prior to 12.10.2014 are free of charge.

After 12.10.2014, only partial refunds (250 € in case of full fee and 150 € in case of reduced fee) are available.

Refunds will not be issued after 20th October, 2014.

Oral and poster contribution

Participants who wish to give a presentation (oral or poster) must submit an abstract on-line during the registration process. The authors should indicate if they would prefer their contribution to be a poster (choose "Yes" in Poster Contribution) or if they would like to be considered for an oral presentation (choose "Yes" in Oral Contribution). In both cases please fill the fields ”title” and ”abstract” in the registration form. Abstracts should be not exceed 500 words.

All proposals will be reviewed by the organizers until 1^st October 2014. The organizers of the Meeting will immediately inform you about the acceptance of your contribution.

You can use LaTeX symbols in the abstract.

For oral contributions, the abstract submission deadline has been extended to 21^st September 2014 . There is no limit for the poster contributions.
