REGISTRATION FEE

The registration fee of 250 EUR (~350 USD) will cover breakfasts and lunches, a conference dinner, a welcome reception, and two poster sessions with wine and snacks for each attendee. The registration fee can be paid by a bank transfer (see below), or in cash (USD or EUR) during the meeting.

CONFERENCE HOTEL

All the bookings in the conference hotel are made by LOC. The price for a single room is 130 PLN ("zloty") per night, and in a double room (to be shared with the other participant of the meeting) 95 PLN per nigh per person. There is a free wireless in every hotel room, and in the hotel lobby. Payment should be made when checking out, either in cash (only PLN accepted), or by a credit card.
