Registration

Fees and payment

The participation fee covers: an abstract booklet, conference items, entrance to all plenary and poster sessions as well as, to panel discussions. It also includes the printed conference materials, the welcome reception and coffee breaks. Accommodation and travel expenses remain at the responsibility of all the participants, and are not included in the conference fee.

The early registration will be closed on July 1, 2011.

Important:
Please do not forget to indicate the name of the participant for whom the payment is made e.g.: "MFU2011 Your Name".
Otherwise there might be a trouble in identifying your payment.

If you need an invoice for the conference fee please contact us by email. Please include your institution VAT identification number and any data you need on the invoice.

Hotel and conference site

The conference will take place in Geovita hotel which is entire reserved for conference participants and quests. Hotel address is Poland, ul. Wierchowa 4, 34-500 Zakopane.

Oral and poster contribution

Participants who wish to give a presentation (oral or poster) must submit an abstract on-line in the registration form (see below). During the abstract registration, authors can indicate if they would prefer their contribution to be a poster (choose "Yes" in Poster Contribution) or if they would like to be considered for an oral presentation (choose "Yes" in Oral Contribution). In both cases please fill the fields ”title” and ”abstract” in the registration form. Abstracts should be not exceed the length of one page.

All proposals will be reviewed by the organizers until July 20, 2011. The organizers of the Meeting will immediately inform you about the acceptance of your contribution.

In abstract you can use LaTeX symbols.

Deadline for abstract submission of oral contribution is June 15, 2011. After that date you can still apply for poster.
